ultimate luxury SUV. Built like a tank. There is good, bad and ugly on this Rover. The 5.0 V8 engine and transmission and offroad system is and could be one of the best performers ever for this or other similar SUVs. The vehicle is safety inspected. But there are plenty of small to large issues still to be corrected. The blindspot system is not functioning. The backup camera is spotty. The rear tailgate has a hinge issue. The rear side has damage. Lots of flaws in paint and brakes are new but the sensor is faulty. With these annoyances you get a price break. If everything were perfect price would be very high.
